Removing Barriers to Quality, Integrative Care is our COMMITMENT

Ways You May Increase Access to Quality Care at DePriest Center- Our fee for counseling services is $150 per clinical hour (50 minutes) and $175 per neurofeedback session. (1) Clients that demonstrate financial need may apply for the Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, which ranges from $25 to $125 per therapy session and $50 to $150 per Neurofeedback session. Many DePriest Center clients gain access to care through the fee scale option. The sliding scale is based on gross (before taxes) annual household income and resources. To apply for the sliding scale fee, simply provide a copy of your most recent tax return at your intake appointment. (2) Request a Super Bill. (3) Apply for the Restore Program.

Sliding Scale

A sliding scale fee is a flexible payment option designed to make therapy more affordable based on your household income and resources. At DePriest Center, we believe financial barriers  shouldn’t stand in the way of accessing quality care. With this system, no one is excluded based on income, ensuring that counseling remains accessible to all.

The sliding scale is determined by your gross (before taxes) annual household income and resources.

To apply for the sliding scale fee, please contact Abby Saling at abby.saling@depriestcenter.com. You can also reach out to your therapist directly to learn more.

Superbill

A superbill is a detailed receipt provided after a therapy session. It contains all the necessary information your insurance company needs to consider reimbursing you for the cost of your care.

Here’s how it works:

1. You pay for your session upfront.

2. We provide you with a superbill, which includes details like the type of session, the cost, and specific codes your insurance company requires.

3. You submit the superbill to your insurance company, and depending on your plan, they may reimburse you for part or all of the session cost.

Think of a superbill as a bridge between your care at DePriest Center and your insurance provider. If you’re unsure about your coverage, contact your insurance company and ask about “out-of-network benefits” for mental health services.

RESTORE Program

DePriest Center recognizes the increased demands placed on those in the helping fields (ministry, healthcare providers, first responders, veterans...) and under-insured.

In response, we have established a unique program aimed at partnering with and providing care for those under-insured or within the helping field that are at higher risk.

Through our RESTORE Program, the goal of DePriest Center is to make available all levels of care to individuals within this population that find themselves in need of mental health or substance use treatment regardless of insurance or ability to pay.

"DePriest Center is truly a safe place to heal. I’m thankful for the compassionate and understanding counselors who have been life-changing for my family and me. We use their services for both marriage and family counseling, and both counselors have shown incredible empathy and understanding of our needs. The beautiful, serene setting and professional staff contribute to a great experience overall. I can't say enough good things about this place; I finally found people who genuinely care. If you're looking for the best therapy, this is the place to go. They make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible, ensuring a positive and supportive experience."
