OUR HISTORY
The vision for DePriest Center began in 2008 with its founder Deborah Driggs. During a time of life crisis, Deborah discovered that the challenge to obtain sound counsel from a Christian worldview perspective compounded the crisis she faced. Over many years of working in the behavioral health field, the ministry need for DePriest Center continued drawing Deborah and was supported through observations within the profession, clients reporting similar challenges, and in her prayer time. In 2017, the formation of DePriest Center began with its clear vision to provide comprehensive and compassionate care from a Christian worldview perspective in the treatment of mental health, substance use and co-occurring conditions for individuals, families, and communities.

The mission of DePriest Center has remained consistent ~ for individuals and families to experience easy access and high quality treatment to heal and begin moving forward while gaining support and skills that equip them for restored and purposeful life. We are committed to providing integrated and comprehensive Christ-centered services, thoughtfully and non-judgmentally meeting the specific needs of every client and their families.

DePriest Center values are simple. To honor God by serving people with respect, integrity, and love. To integrate the power of hope, healing, restoration, and life in all relationships established and clinical services delivered.

The Vision, Mission, and Values of DePriest Center have been greatly informed through the ministries of Bishop Phil and Carla DePriest. Named in honor and recognition of their unwavering service to Christ and all people, DePriest Center celebrates the countless lives that have been positively impacted and literally saved through the continued sacrifices and commitments made by Bishop and Carla DePriest over their lifetimes. It is our challenge and privilege to continue in their footsteps.
