SUBSTANCE
USE
We embrace an integrated approach to mental health and substance use services by offering a comprehensive co-occurring treatment program that removes the gaps often experienced between Christ-centered and evidence-based treatment approaches. Demonstrating faith in action, great care is taken to deliver a Christ-centered approach that never compromises the platinum standard of care supported by evidence-based treatment approaches within the fields of psychology, counseling, and addiction medicine (utilizing CBT, DBT, EFT, trauma-informed care and other specialty modalities for the treatment of the whole person).
We meet each client where they are in their personal journey and partner with them toward hope, healing, restoration, and purposeful life. Grounded in authentic relationship, treatment is affordable and accessible, with customized treatment that best fits each client’s specific treatment needs. In-person and virtual sessions are available at all levels of care. We are dedicated to doing good in our communities and increasing opportunities for individuals and families to thrive in life

Reinforcing our Commitment
May be indicated for individuals assessed to be at risk of developing increased mental health, emotional, or substance-related problems. Weekly or multiple monthly sessions are often recommended to address risk factors, to educate, empower and support individuals toward fortifying overall health, increasing awareness and increasing protective factors
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Helping The Community
Nine (9) or more hours of service weekly delivered over several days each week to treat multidimensional instability. IOP services are often indicated to meet the complex needs of people dealing with co-occurring conditions of mental health and substance use disorders. IOP is an organized outpatient service that delivers treatment services during the day, before or after work or school, in the evening, and/or on weekends.
Outpatient Services (Individual, Couples, and Family)
One Step at a Time
Weekly sessions for individuals, couples, families, or group format to address mental health and/or substance use disorders. Delivered most often in the outpatient office setting. Services include mental health and substance use disorder assessments (same day assessments available), detailed biological, psychological, social, spiritual (BPSS) evaluation and multidimensional conceptualization to treatment, and customized treatment approaches.
Low Intensity Outpatient Program (LIOP)
This program is designed to educate the client about the disease of addiction and recovery from it. By utilizing lecture and video media, the information will be given to the client in a concrete and understandable manner. The program is designed to be of 12-week duration, two hours each session, for each client. They will be given information on a different topic each week. Each session stands alone thereby allowing a person to begin group at any point in the 12-week rotation.
